A full-time role based at Qofi's New York office, working alongside operators from top investment banks and private equity firms and engineers from leading AI labs.
Qofi builds the highest-precision financial-reasoning data in the world, and the platform and deployments that put it to work inside institutions.
High ownership from day one, in a flat structure where ideas move from whiteboard to production without committees.

What You'll Do
Own projects end to end, ensuring lab and enterprise customers are consistently delighted.
Manage complex, finance-specific data pipelines, improving accuracy, scalability, and turnaround.
Lead teams of managers and domain experts reviewing work against institutional standards.
Define, track, and optimize KPIs across workflows, and report impact directly to leadership.
What We're Looking For
2+ years in a leadership role driving operations, large-scale data projects, or complex workflows.
Exceptional stakeholder management, especially with senior finance experts and demanding customers.
A startup builder's mindset, comfortable in ambiguity, fast-moving, and high-stakes.
Background or strong exposure to finance, economics, or financial systems and data.
