A full-time role based at Qofi's New York office, working alongside operators from top investment banks and private equity firms and engineers from leading AI labs.
Qofi builds the highest-precision financial-reasoning data in the world, and the platform and deployments that put it to work inside institutions.
High ownership from day one, in a flat structure where ideas move from whiteboard to production without committees.

What You'll Do
Build and run the pipeline that sources, vets, and onboards elite finance experts.
Design the processes and standards that keep the network the gold standard as it scales.
Match experts to engagements and keep them active, supported, and paid on time.
Partner with project leads to forecast staffing needs and close gaps fast.
What We're Looking For
2+ years in operations, recruiting, talent, or program management, ideally in a high-growth environment.
Exceptional organization and communication; comfortable owning processes end to end.
A high bar for quality and a knack for building systems, not just doing tasks.
Interest in finance talent and what makes a network elite.
