Key Role Details
We are looking for finance professionals with hands-on AI experience who can train investment
bankers on applying frontier AI tools to live deal workflows.
The work involves designing curriculum and delivering live and recorded instruction across LBO modeling, M&A accretion/dilution, DCF valuation, three-statement modeling, and the analyst toolkit, taught through the lens of how AI tools fit into each workflow, with technical exercises, gold-standard answers, and grading rubrics for participant work.
Comfort working across both finance and AI, with the ability to translate between the two for working professionals, is essential.
Key proficiency areas include: AI-Assisted Financial Modeling, Prompt Engineering for Finance, AI for
Pitch and Memo Creation, AI for Due Diligence and Research, Agentic Workflows for Deal Teams, and
AI Tool Selection and Evaluation.
You must be able to commit at least 15 hours per week for this role.

Introductory questionnaire (5 minutes)
Technical test (candidates will receive compensation for passing the test)
Overview
You will be engaged as an independent contractor in a fully remote role that can be
completed on your own schedule.
Project contracts can be lengthened, shortened, or ended early depending on needs and performance.
Your work at Qofi will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
Payments are made weekly via direct deposit based on hours worked.
Positions are available now. New hires are able to start immediately.
Time Commitment
Flexible, project-based work. Contribute as
little as 15 hours/week or scale up based on
availability.
Compensation
Highly competitive rates starting at $100-150/Hr.
Compensation increases with tenure and added
responsibility.

Qualifications
Required
3+ years in investment banking, private equity, or a comparable finance role
Hands-on experience using or building with AI tools (LLMs, agents, code assistants, or AI-native workflows)
Demonstrated proficiency with LBO, DCF, M&A, and three-statement modeling
Genuine interest in how AI is reshaping finance workflows
